Product information and terms
Standards	Products and materials are engineered to comply with EN 531; EN 470; NFPA 70E; NFPA 2112; NFPA 1977; ASTM F1506; OSHA 1910.269; ASTM F1002; and CGSB 155.20.
Prices	HeatShield 2 cool vests are £120.00 each. Additional cooling inserts are £30.00 per set of four pieces. And briefcase coolers are £22.00 each. All prices include import tariff from the USA and shipping to an address in the UK but excluding VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing standard rate and a VAT invoice will be issued for each shipment. When judging our prices please do remember that HeatShield is a tool built to industrial strength standards.
Placing an order and availability	On placing an order you are making an offer to purchase a product and agree with the terms and conditions set out here. ClimaTech Safety will accept by sending a "confirmation of order" email. This will detail the products ordered and delivery information; your receipt of this email will represent the contract agreement with ClimaTech. If an order is placed and some or all of the goods are out of stock you will be notified straight away and be given our best estimate of when new stock will be available. ClimaTech Safety will not be responsible for providing substitute goods if the ordered products are unavailable.
Shipping	We expect to be able to despatch from our premises within one working day of sending the "confirmation of order" email. Allow a further three days for delivery. Please note that we ship only to addresses within the UK. The cost of shipping is included in the quoted price.
Satisfaction guarantee	We want you to be completely satisfied with your HeatShield 2 cooling vest. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase you may return the product for a full refund. The product must be in "as new" condition and it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the product to our office at the address above within the specified period.
Faulty products	In the unlikely event that any HeatShield 2 cooling vest or other product purchased from ClimaTech Safety is found to be defective in material, workmanship or not in conformance with any expressed written warranty for a specific purpose, ClimaTech Safety's only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, shall be the repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of such parts or products. This is provided that you have notified ClimaTech Safety in in writing within one year of making the purchase and the product has been stored, maintained and used in accordance with the written instructions relating to that product. Any queries or complaints should be sent by letter or via email to the General Manager at the address given above.
Privacy policy	ClimaTech Safety respects customers' privacy and endeavours to protect it. The information that we collect is requested for the sole purpose of processing orders and providing speedy unproblematic delivery. Details collected will be stored securely in compliance with legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, ClimaTech Safety will endeavour to ensure that this information remains confidential, will not to be used or seen by any third party, and will only be reused by ClimaTech Safety in the event of warranty claims or product returns initiated by our customers. By agreeing to these terms you also agree that ClimaTech Safety may contact you regarding information on new products and special offers that we judge might be of interest to you. Limited liability	Except as specifically provided above, ClimaTech Safety shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or costs, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the sale, use or misuse of products provided by ClimaTech Safety. ClimaTech Safety makes no representations or warranties regarding any product's suitability for a specific purpose and ClimaTech shall have no liability beyond replacement.
