"Risk-free" trial conditions We want you to try out HeatShield cooling vests. We believe that you will be impressed and very satisfied. And we anticipate that you will come back for more. It is for this reason that we are making an offer of a "risk-free" trial. But "risk-free" is not exactly the same as "free", so please read carefully what the terms are to avoid misunderstandings.
Personal customers	If you are a personal customer you are probably only going to buy one or two vests (although we hope that you will recommend us to friends) but on the other hand you are not likely to contaminate your HeatShield. So the deal that we have is as follows. Buy your HeatShield 2 and any spare cooling inserts that you want in the normal way over the telephone or using the on-line shop. Keep it clean and in "as new" condition. If, for any reason, you decide within 30 days that it does not suit you then return it for a full refund of what you paid. You are responsible for return postage to ClimaTech at their Normanby Gateway address above.
Business and public sector customers	If you are likely to buy a number of vests, but want one in advance for testing, please telephone us to discuss your particular needs. It may be that the application that you have in mind is likely to result in the vest getting dirty or contaminated and so it would be inappropriate for us to expect for the trial vest to be returned. But almost certainly we can work something out that is mutually satisfactory. We may ask for a company order in writing or some other condition as some protection to us that the trial offer is not abused but this is unlikely to be unreasonable or difficult.
